HERVÉ DUBOIS

Champagne Herve Dubois has a rich history dating back to the 1920s, and today, the fourth-generation proprietor, Nina Dubois, is at the helm, driving the site's growth and success. Located in Avize and boasting a total of 6.3 hectares of vines, with 4 hectares planted in Chardonnay, 1.5 in Pinot Meunier, and the remaining 0.8 in Pinot Noir, the winery offers a style that is nothing short of spectacular.

In particular, the Chardonnays gracefully avoid a high percentage of Malolactic Fermentation,, which results in a feminine, clean and exceptionally crispy and delicate minerality that truly shines through in the wines. With her own winemaking style and distinctive approach, Nina Dubois's passion and expertise are unmistakably reflected in the unique character and outstanding quality of the wines.

Production at Champagne Herve Dubois is very limited, with only 40,000 bottles produced each year, the lineup is also quite simple with only 5 cuvees available. This ensures that every bottle is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, resulting in wines that are truly exceptional and highly sought amongst those who were able to locate and identify this precious site.

Additionally, the cellar is a true sight to behold, dating back to the 19th century and offering a fascinating glimpse into the history and heritage of Champagne Herve Dubois.
